Charlie Sheen's 'Anger Management' sells to Forex
SheenCharlie Sheen's new syndie sitcom "Anger Management" finds a house at Forex. Cabler has purchased 10 episodes and, per the syndie cope with Lionsgate-possessed distrib Debmar-Mercury, one more 90 episodes is going to be broadcast by Forex only when the show hits a number of initial high-rankings thresholds. Debmar-Mercury includes a similar cope with Tyler Perry's comedies that air on The best spinner's. Production will start early the coming year, having a summer time launch scheduled. Sheen, who's already a fixture in the cabler in "Males" reruns, will topline the skein that's in line with the 2003 bigscreen Adam Sandler-Jack Nicholson comedy. Lionsgate will produce, with Bruce Helford becoming showrunner. He'll professional produce with Sheen and Joe Roth.
